In addition to the Johnville Bog and Racey Brook, for which the organization was created, two major forest massifs are targeted: the Stoke Mountains and the Mont-M\u00e9gantic mountain massif. These areas benefit from continuous cover forestry and offer habitats that meet the needs of wildlife species requiring a large home range, such as the black bear, bobcat, moose, or fisher. In addition, NET is a\u00a0<strong>privileged partner of the City of Sherbrooke<\/strong>\u00a0regarding the conservation of natural environments of interest on the City&rsquo;s territory.<\/p><p>Through its conservation activities, <strong>NET<\/strong> aims to ensure, by means of moral or legal agreements, the long-term or perpetual protection of natural environments of ecological interest in the Eastern Townships region. \u00a0Other approaches are also being utilized, such as the promotion of natural resource use practices that are compatible with the conservation of biodiversity and ecosystems.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
