Nature Eastern Townships (NET), previously known as the Johnville Woodland Conservation Corporation (JWCC), is an organization committed to conserving nature, enhancing knowledge and awareness of natural environments, and contributing to training and scientific research.

Vital to NET's mission are its partners - the Johnville Bog & Forest Park's owners - the Université de Sherbrooke and Bishop's University. They have given Nature Eastern Townships the mandate of monitoring the Park and organizing activities for the general public.

The City of Sherbrooke and the Borough of Lennoxville also support NET's mission by providing a number of services and supplies.

Enjoy your visit!

Not to be missed at the Johnville bog and forest park:

Zero waste approach

The Johnville bog and forest park is proud to adopt a ''zero waste'' approach. All the garbage cans have been removed, except for the one at the entrance. This one will be removed at the end of november. We ask you to take your dog a few meters away from the trail to do its business, in order to keep a pleasant walking area for all. Have a nice hike.

Trail closed

Please note that the bog trail and moose shortcut will be closed until winter. We are sorry for that situation. Our other trails are opened. Thank you for your comprehension.
